Air tightness tests measure the extent to which heated air is lost through unintended cracks, gaps, and holes in the building’s fabric - the tests are carried out on newly constructed buildings and certificates are required by your local Building Control department before they will accept your completion certificate.

We are accredited to carry out tests under a competent persons scheme operated by Elmhurst Energy.
